BY AGREEING TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PERSON MAKING THE PURCHASE IS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. IF YOU ARE NOT 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, YOU MAY NOT CHECKOUT ON THIS WEBSITE LEGALLY WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT FROM A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 CHECKING OUT WITHOUT SAID PERMISSION WILL BE MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE(S).
PAYMENT
R&D Sports Cards accepts all major credit cards using a full SSL secure payment processor. Your customer information is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We also accept PayPal. Your information is sent through a SSL connection directly to PayPal where your transaction is processed.
When you checkout with any purchase from this site it is assumed that you have read our terms and conditions and are legally bound to them.
BREAK RULES
PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION
We provide a variety of different breaks, please read the details below for a description of each break.
For all breaks, we ship ALL cards to the winners unless they specifically specify otherwise.
All breaks will occur after the slots have been sold out for that particular product.
We will be breaking Tuesday-Thursday 8:00 p.m - 12:00 a.m.
We try our best to stay on schedule but depending on the products, some breaks may run longer than anticipated.
All pack/box/case opening will be done on camera to assure buyers there is no deceptive practices in-play.
All of our break times are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone (Eastern US Standard Time), unless otherwise noted in the break description.

You can watch all of our breaks live on our Facebook page. All break videos will be available on our facebook and posted on our YouTube channel.
When purchasing a slot/team in any of our breaks, you will NOT be receiving a sealed box or case of unopened product. You will receive cards from the team/slot you selected or are given.
R&D Sports Cards reserves the right to ban people from the live channel or comments section in YouTube. Foul language, bullying and other forms of harassment will not be tolerated. Please keep it clean and have fun. We will gladly address any issues someone has offline and in a civil manner.
HITS
R&D Sports cards considers the following as HITS:
Autograph Cards, Game-Used Cards, Short-prints, High-end Parallels/Refractors.
RANDOMIZING
R&D Sports Cards will use Random.org to generate the final list of slots/buyers.
We will enter all names of buyers into the website and then randomize 3 times. The results will then be copy and pasted into an excel column.
We then enter all the slots/pack numbers/team names (whatever applies to the type of Break) into Random.org and randomize 3 times. We will then copy the results into the second column of the excel document.
This will give us the final combination of SLOT/BUYER.
This entire process will be done live or recorded and placed on our YouTube channel prior to the break.
MULTIPLAYER CARDS
If we pull multiplayer/team cards we will award the card to the team/player that has the most places on the cards. MORE than 50% of a card (2 out of 3 teams, 3 out of 5, etc.) will win that card. The same will be true if there are 3 or more different teams and there is a buyer who bought multiple slots and owns 50% more of the teams/players on the card. If there are 2 or more teams/players on a card and buyers all have equal claim, we will put those buyers name into RANDOM.ORG and randomize 3 times. The name at the top after randomization will win the card.
PANINI POINTS
Panini Points cards will be randomized at the end of the breaks for all users participating in the breaks.
EXPIRED REDEMPTION CARDS
If expired redemption cards are pulled we will award the buyer who would have won that card with a FREE entry into another BREAK of equal or greater value.
DUD BREAKS
Here at R&D Sports Cards we want everyone to be a winner. We do not want anyone to leave without getting their money’s worth. Buyers who enter a break and win nothing will be automatically entered into one of our DUD Breaks for the corresponding sport they hit a DUD on.
BREAK TYPES
PACK BUSTERS
Each slot in the Break is equal to 1 Pack in the box.
We open the pack(s) live on facebook
The Buyer keeps all the cards in the pack they are assigned.
The rules apply for Single Box and Multi-Box/Case breaks.
If a box has 36 Packs, then you will buy 1 (or more) of 36 Slots.

TEAM BREAKS
If you buy a slot in a Team Break you will be randomly assigned a team (through the Randomizing rules above) when the break is filled.
You will then receive all the cards with members from the team you won.
If we get the product checklist and find that a team has no hits we will not enter this team into the break.
For certain products, if we find there are very limited hits for teams we may choose to combine teams into one slot.
Cards without a team (College/International) If a player is wearing a College or International uniform, then the card will go to the team the player is/was on for that particular year of product. If it is a retired player it will go to the team he played the most games with.
PERSONAL BOX BREAKS
When you purchase a Personal Break you will receive all of the cards from your break. In some cases, the product may be base heavy and will lead to a higher shipping fee. If you do want all of your cards, we reserve the right to invoice you for the shipping fee. You can choose to waive receiving the Base cards if you only want the hits.

RAFFLES AND RAZZES
You can purchase any number of slots available in the raffle/razz.
Each raffle/razz will have different number of slots so be sure to check the description.
We will randomize entries 6 times and the top spot gets the product.
SHIPPING
All products are shipped within 3-5 business days after the Break using USPS.
International orders may take 1-3 weeks to receive.
Shipping costs will vary depending on Region/Country/Weight.
Please contact us if you would like to insure your package and we will get you a quote for insurance.
BY LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS IN THE MAIL. IF WE HAVE SENT YOUR PACKAGE(S) TO THE ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDE UPON CHECKOUT, AND WE SEND IT IN A SECURE MAILER, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USPS AND YOU. WE WILL ALWAYS SUPPLY YOU WITH TRACKING AND IF ANYONE EVER WANTS ADDITIONAL FEATURES TO THEIR SHIPPING THEY NEED TO EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BREAK. WE CAN USE OTHER SHIPPING METHODS AND INSURANCES FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST.
REFUND POLICY & RETURNS
We have a NO REFUND policy in place for any box break purchase once the item is unsealed.
If cards are damaged during shipping we will work with you and USPS to come to a beneficial conclusion.
Due to increasing credit card fees and changes to PayPal’s terms and conditions, anyone requesting a refund prior to the break taking place will be charged a restocking fee of 5%.
The Restocking Fee is to cover the credit card and PayPal fees that are not refunded to us when we issue a refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION
We do not share, sell, trade or rent the personal information we receive from buyers who fill out any of our forms. All information is private and has limited access by our system administrators.

Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. A user’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.
